Preston is home to two large shopping centre’s that offer a range of shops from small to large including the more well known shops such as, H&M, M&S, W H Smiths, Superdrug, Argos, T K Maxx, Debenhams and Lush.

St George's Shopping Centre, formerly The Mall Preston and The Mall St George,St. is Preston's premier retail location. Strategically situated between the pedestrianised core of the Town centre in Friargate and prime Fishergate, St. George's forms the hub of shopper footfall in Preston.

The £29 million redevelopment programme is now complete and the new retailers include H&M Hennes, New Look, Morgan, Warner Bros, Music Zone, Spencer Gifts, Scotts, Costa Coffee, Warren James, Perfume Shop and Scottish & Newcastle's Bar Censsa. They join Marks & Spencer, W H Smiths, Wallis, Ernest Jones, Superdrug, Dorothy Perkins and many others already representing in the scheme. The Centre also boasts a new 450 space car park.
